Here’s a brief overview of the most recent market activity in this Northern Colorado real estate market:
- Currently there are 873 resale and new homes in Loveland, including 281 in some stage of the foreclosure process.
- Between October and December, the average price per square foot for a home was $140, up 3.7 percent when compared to the same period last year.
- Meanwhile, the median sales price for Loveland homes was $195,000 between October and December. That number represents an 8.3 percent increase form the same period in 2010.
- During that period in 2010, the median sales price was $180,000.
- During the week ending on January 4, the median sales price for a 2-bedroom Loveland home was $143,000
- The median sales price for a 3-bedroom home was $194,000
- And the median sales price for a 4-bedroom home was $270,000

- During the week ending on January 4, the average listing price for a Loveland property was $335,788, down 0.1 percent when compared to the week before.
