• During the week ending on August 31, the average price per square foot for a Berthoud CO  home for sale was $160, which is a 15.9 percent increase when compared to the same period last year.
• During the week ending on August 31, the average listing price for Berthoud CO homes for sale was $411,667, which was an increase of 0.4 percent when compared to the previous week.
• Between June 11 and August 11, the median sales price for Berthoud CO homes for sale was $204,950, which is a 4.7 decrease when compared to the year before.
• During that previous year, the median sale price for Berthoud CO homes for sale was $215,000.
• As of August 31, the median sales price for a two-bedroom Berthoud CO home for sale was $150,000
• The median sales price for a three-bedroom Berthoud home for sale was $200,000
• The median sales price for a four-bedroom Berthoud home for sale was $250,000.
